“I am a fully licensed Chinese lawyer who provides legal services to a wide range of domestic and foreign-invested commercial organizations in mainland China. Licensed in February 2009, I worked for Beijing Kevin Law firm Shanghai Office, Shanghai Shendu Law firm and became a partner with Shanghai Huarong Law firm which eventually merged with Shanghai Riying Law firm in 2019, and became the managing partner of Xue You (Shanghai) Law Firm in 2025.

My main areas of expertise in the recent years were intellectual property protection, e.g., trademark infringement, patent infringement, and unfair competition, litigation and arbitration. Throughout my legal career, I’ve consistently been successful in the Chinese courtrooms. I ensured that clients were reimbursed for their losses or gained an advantage in the dispute. In consultancy, I could always quickly locate the key issues and resolve them with feasible options. “
